How does the monthly credit work?

Your $112 monthly payment becomes a credit you can apply to discounted or regular services. If your selected service exceeds the credit amount, just pay the difference!

Do unused credits roll over?

Yes! Credits roll over for 60 days giving you a 2-month

grace window to use them (but do expire when the membership is at the end of its contract).

Is there a commitment?

Yes, the membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, the contract is extended 6 months at a time, with free cancellation with notice,

Can I cancel or pause my membership?

You can cancel any time after the initial 6 months with written notice and subscription will end at the end of that

billing period. Pausing or freezing isn’t available.

What happens if I miss an appointment?

To protect your time and ours, missed appointments or same-day cancellations will result in loss of credit for that service. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid this.

Can I use my credit on retail or give it to someone else?

No, credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be used by the member on eligible spa services.
